Office of Special Council Committee
City of Richmond, Indiana,
Monday February 27th, 1933•
The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Boar•
Monday February 27th, 1933, at- 9 o 'clock A. M. Messrs, Schnieder and
Williams present; Mr. Crabb absent. Two members of said Board being
present, the following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read. .
Permission was granted E. H. Davis, to garden South 12th Street, from
South"H" to "I" Street, this being an unmade street, permission is
granted with the understanding, that he not close the street to the
puolic, and that he keep the same free from weeds and noxious growths
all at his own risk as to damages of his crops.
The Clerk was directed to advertise for bids for 300 feet of 22f1
sewer hose, for Street Department.
Claims in amount of $2071. 58 were allowed.

The Special Council Committee_, Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board • Il
Friday March 3rd, 1933, at 9 o 'clock A.M. Messrs, Schnieder and Wily,
liams being present, Mr. Crabb absent; Two members of said Board
being present, the following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
Sup 't. , of Parks, H. G. -Coleman, was authorized to have the lawn
mowers repaired and placed in proper shape for the coming summer,
both power and hand drawn mowers.
The Clerk was authorized to order Coal for the City Building from
John Longstreth, provided we receive the same grade of coal at
price purchased at,under his contract of June 6th, 1932.
Claims in amount of $1294. 61 were allowed.-
The Board then adjourned,
