Office of Special Council Committee
City of Richmond, Indiana,
Monday February 6th, 1933.
The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the pffice of said
Board, Monday February 6th, 1933, at 9 o 'clock A.M. Messrs, Schnie -
der and Williams present ; Mr. Crabb absent ; two members of said
Board being present . The following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.

In matter of notice served .on the City of Richmond, Indiana, by
'Albert D. Elizabeth Kelly of Indianapolis, Indiana, by their
attorneys Bingham, Mendenhall & Bingham, threating suit against
the city for damages on account of accident December 2nd, 1932,
which was referred to the City Attorney at last meeting of the
Board. The City Attorney reported that upon investigation, he find,
the city is in no way to blame for the accident, and he had so in-
formed the above attorneys.
City Attorney was requested to prepare an ordinance appropriating
the sum of 42500.00 for ambulance and maintenance of the same, and
have the same ready for presentation to council at their meeting
this evening.
Claima in amount of `.; 74, OOO. 67 were allowed.
