Mond y January 23rd, 1933.
The Special Council •Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of Board on
Monday January 23rd, 1933, at 9 o 'clock A.M. - Messrs, Schnieder and
Williams present ; Mr. Crabb., being absent; Two members of said Board
being present . The following proceedings were had, to-wit :-
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.

Street Cowissioner, was authorized to investigate and purchase nec-
cessary timber for repairing sidewalks on Doran Bridge.
Clamps in amount of 413 4-6..62, were allowed
No further business appearing,
The Board then adjourned,

Friday January 27th, 1933. .
The Special Council Committee, Board o.f Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of Board on
Friday January 27th, 1933, at 9 o 'clock A.M. Messrs, Schnieder and
Williams present ; Mr. Crabb absent; two members of said Board being
present. The following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Schnieder, was authorized to have the roof, gutters and spouting
on the toilets used in connection with Market house repaired.

The Clerk was directed to advertise for bids, for necessary materials
labor and furnishing of Overhead door with automatic opening device
released by trip ropes, to the no.rth:.entrance of number one fire sta-
tion. (bids to be received for both the north & south entrance) if
possible both entrances will be eq_uiped with new overhead doors.
Claims in amount of $2928. 67 were allowed.
The Board then adjourned,
