The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of Board on Friday January 13th, 1933, at 9 o 'clock A. M. Messrs, Schnieder and Williams, being present; Mr. Crabb, absent . Two members of said Boar. being present , the following proceedings were had, to-wit :- The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved. E. A. Mariani Co. , inc. , were granted permission to cut the curb for driveway on west side of South 2nd Street near South"B"Street . The Board approved a primary assessment roll, for the improvement of South. 5th Street, by erecting and installing a system of street lights and light posts on both sides of said street , from South"E" to South "G" Street, as provided under Improvement • Resolution No. 921-1932. Public Works of the City eff Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Boar. ' on Monday January 16th, • 1933, at 9 o 'clock A.M. Messrs, Schnieder & Williams, present ; Mr. Crabb, absent. Two members of said Board be- ing present , the following proceedings were had, to-wit : • The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read. The Street Corn isioner was directed to reduce the pay' of men under his department ±epeiving an annual yearly wage • over 41200.00, ten (10%) per cent , dame •as other city officials and employees. The Street Commissioner, was authorized to reconstruct or set back shed in rear of Lot No.11 Wm. - Baxter 's, Addition, in order to widen alley between North llth & 12th Street at the intersection of alley running east and west from 11th to 12th Street and alley running • north from North"H" Street. The Park Sup 't. , was instructed to prohibit fishing in Glen Miller Park Lake, until after the spawning season or until further orders.
