Office of Special Council Committee
City of Richmond, Indiana,
. Friday December 30th, 1932.
The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said •
Board, on Friday December 30th, 1932, at 9 o 'clock A. M. Messrs,
Schnieder and Williams being present ; Mr. Crabb, absent two members
of said Board being present, the following proceedings were had,viz :
The Board received copy of order of the Public. Service Commission
of Indiana, tOIn matter of the petition of Richmond Water Works Cor-
poration for approval of the issuance and sale of its five year 620
Notes in the aggregate principal amount of 4139, 999. 00" , as modified
in Cause No. 11127, approved December 23, 1932, by said commission,
the same was ordered placed on filed
•
Upon recormnenddtion of D. C.Hess, Sup 't. , of M. E. L. & P . P. the Board
sell to Sam Jaffe Co. , the scrap copper, iron, etc. , known as junk
accumulated at light plant , at prices named in his bid submitted
therefore, Friday December 23rd, 1932.
Claims in amount of 03, 000.95 were allowed.
No further business appearing,
On motion the Board(decide there will be no meeting January 2nd, 1933
and when they adjourn, they adjourn until next Friday January 6th
1933, unless a call is issued for meeting.
