GREENCASTLE CITY CODE REGARDING
LEASED PARKING SPACES IN MUNICIPAL LOTS
WHEREAS, Sections 8 -45 and 8 -47 of the Greencastle City Code set out parking spaces
that may be leased within the City of Greencastle municipally owned parking lots; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to make those lots free and open for public use, with the
exception of certain reserved parking spaces.
NOW THEREFORE be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle
that it hereby repeals and deletes Sections 8 -45 Schedule of Leased Parking Space Zones, and
Section 8 -47 Leasing of Parking Spaces in Municipal Parking Facilities.
This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon passage of the Greencastle Common
Council and its approval by the Mayor.
