Office of Special Council Committee
City of Richmond, Indiana,
Friday October 1932.
The Special Council Cormnittee,Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of Board on
Friday October 28th, 1932, at 9 o 'clock A.M. Messrs, Crabb) and
Schnieder, present Mr. Williams, absent; two members of said Board
being present. The following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read.
The Board received an invitation from the Nature Study Club, Izaak
Walton League and Audubon Society of Indiana, inviting city official
to the unveiling of bronze. bust of Colonel Richard Lieber as a tribut
to Colonel -Lieber, and his work, to be held at Turkey Run State
Park near Marshall, Indiana, Sunday November 13th, 1932, at 2 P.M.
invitation was placed on file.
The Board received bids for removing the old, and furnishing and in-
stalling 1°Hot Water Heating Plant" in the resident property in Glen
1 Miller Park, known and used as residence of Sup °t. , of Parks, as
follows, to-wit :

Complete as per specifications $262. 50
Mueller Automatic. Equipment in preference to gravity system- 35.00
t1 John H. Niewoehner-, bid;
Complete as per specifications $267. 50.
Bids referred to City Engineer for investigation and report.
Claims in amount of $22,426. 61 were allowed.
The Board then adjourned,
