Engineering Co. , Item .jf• 5, thetal Stairs . < The General Electric Co . , Item 1r 6, Fatheads . 1 The City Attorney, reported that he had Peen approached by the actor iej 1 for Leonard Reece, in matter of settlement for injuries 'Curottedz '' to have oeen received at Glen Park playgrounds June 25th, 1932, stating that certain members of council had spoken to the above at- torney intimating the city should or would compromise the case, the Ii city attorney stated that he had made an investigation as to the cause, and that in his opinion the city was not liable and should not make settlement , and if the city was liable let the courts ce- cide.
