The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board.

following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
The Board approved the contract of the Foster-\ heeler Co_--oration,
for furnishing Stage Water Heaters and Evaporators, at Light Plant,
as
per their bid received July CX�tn, 1932.
Pursuant to advertisement, the Board received bids for equipment at
Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant, as follows to-wit :
