Friday September 5th, 1932.

The Special Council Committee, 'Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Boar
frida.y September 9th, 1932, at 9 o ' clock A. M. All the members of
said Board Messrs, Crao3-, Schnieder and Williams, being present . The
following proceedings were had, to-wig :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
The City Civil Engineer, as authorized to confer with representatives
of Earlham College, as to method and proper charge to be made to
satgcollege as payment to tap into the cities sewer on and along .
the Abington Pike .
Claims in amount of 48'820. 23, were allowed.
The Board. then adjourned,

The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said.
Board, Monday Septemoer 12th, 1532, at 9 o ' clock A.M. All the mem-
bers of said Board, Messrs, Crabb, Schnieder and Williams , being
present , the following proceedings were had,. to-wit : ,
Couplaints. from council referred to. the Board at last council ses-
sian were. received as follows :.
The complaint of Mr. Bean, as to bad condition of Easthaven Avenue
along the street car line, the clerk was directed to notify the
Street Oar Co. , to make proper repairs,
permission was granted C . f. Conrey, to cut the curb for driveway
at number 413 College Avenue.
Whereas, the majority of Board members will be out of the City on
Friday September 16th, .1932, the Board on motion decide there will
be no meeting on said date,
Claims in amount of 413, 050. 80 were allowed.
The Board then adjourned,
