The Special Council Committee, Boarn of Puolic Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at tie office of said Board, on Monday August 22nd, 1932, at 9 0 ' clock: A. IA. All the mein- tiers of said. Board, !Messrs, Crabo, Schnieder and Williams, being present. The following proceedings were had, to-wit : The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read. The Street Commissioner, was authorized to set back the curb at the Northeast corner of West 5th and Main Streets, if funds were avail- able in his appropriations . Uoon recommendation of Mr. D . C. Hess,' Sup 't . , of Light Plant, the Board awarded the contract for furnishing Stage Water Heaters and Evaporators, under Items i\?o ' e 1 and 2, dhf specifications for ecuip- L ment at . The Special Council Committee,Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board Friday August 26th, 1932, at 9 o 'clock A.M. All the members Messrs, Crabo, Schnieder & Williams, being present , the. following -proceed- ings were had, to-wit : The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and. approved. Permission was granted Florence Miller, to cut the curb, at southeast corner of South "A" & 9th Street , on South -"A" Street side. • The Board approved the contract of the Dean-Hill Pump Co. , for Boil- . er Feed- Pumps at City Light Plant. The Board approved the contract with Swartwout Co. , for Automatic Boiler Feed Water Regulators. Upon the recommendation of Sup ' t . , Hess, all bids received for fur- nishing Condensers at Light Plant on July 8th, 1932, were rejected and Sup 't . , instructed to re-advertise for larger condensers . The Board decide to meet with the Mayor, Common Council and heads of the various city departments, on Monday August 29th, 1932, at 7 P.M. in the Board of Works office, for the purpose of discussion of the various items of expense for year .1933, and framing the an- nual city budget, for the year 1933, and clerk directed to notify the mme.ioer•s of council and heads of departments of said meeting.
