Office of Special Council Committee
City of Richmond, Indiana,
Monday August l5th, 1932.
The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of the Board
Monday August 7.5th, 1932, at 9 o ' clock A. M. All the members of said
Board Measrs, _Crabb, Schnieder and Williams, oeing present . The fol-
lowing proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read.
Pursuant to request, the. Pelts Insurance Agency, submitted a policy
of Insurance, indemnifying the city in case of accidents which may
occur in the various parks of the city and playgrounds connected
therewith, the policy was referred to the City Attorney, for investi-
gation and report .
Claims in amount of w2518. 54 were allowed.
The Board then adj ourned,
