The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board, Friday June Ath, 1932, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the • members of said Board, Messrs, Crabb., Schnieder and 'Williams be- ing present . The following proceedings were had, to-wit : The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read & approved. Permission was granted Jqcob Loos, to cut the curb for driveway . at No. 23 South 23rd Street . The Board approved contract with Lee Ridgeway, for removing the silt and dredging the river at light plant, oetween the Doran Bridge - and Darn. The Board approved contract with W. L. Magaw, for repairing the Dam and constructing head gates at Dam of the Light Plant. Maims in amount of 01652.01 were allowed. City of Richmond, Indiana, Monday June 27th, 1932. 11 The Special Council Committee,Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board, Monday June 27th, 1932, at 9 o 'clock A.M. All the members of said Board, Messrs, Crabb, Schnieder and Williams, be- ing present . The following proceedings were had, to-wit ; The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved. Messrs., H, Gennett, and Walter Butler, representing the Starr Piano Co. , appeared before the Board, with the claim they are be- ing erroneusly charged for electric current on the off-peak load, they were peffered to .the Sup 't . , of the Light Plant . Mr. Hess, reported that the Richmond Property Corporation, Arnold Klein and Cutter & Cox, insurance agencies started since last July, and that neither of them have any City Insurance, and that he promised to call the Boards attention to them, before the additional insurance for light plant is allotted, Claims in amount of 422, 536.20 were allowed. • • The Board then adjourned, Presto of Board Attest ;Ai2 4: Clerk of Board
