RESOLUTION NO. 12-2022
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE TRANSFER OF
REAL PROPERTY TO REID HEALTH
WHEREAS, The Board of Public Works and Safety ("Board") is the disposing agent for real property
owned and to be transferred or acquired by the City of Richmond, Indiana ("City")
pursuant to the provisions of Indiana Code (IC) 36-1-11, et. seq. (the "Act"); and
WHEREAS, In accordance with IC 36-1-11-1(b)(7) the City of Richmond may transfer a property
located in Richmond, Indiana,to Reid Health; and
WHEREAS, It is in the best interest of the City of Richmond that the Board of Public Works and
Safety approve of the transfer of a certain property to Reid Health.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Public Works and Safety of Richmond,
Indiana, that said Board hereby approves of the transfer of the following property located in Richmond,
Indiana,to Reid Health:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ALSO RESOLVED by the Board of Public Works and Safety of
Richmond, Indiana, that President Vicki Robinson shall be authorized to execute any and all documents
associated with the conveyance and transfer of the above-listed/� property to Reid Health.
