A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COMMISSIONERS
OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM, PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA, VACATING AND ABANDON-
ING AN EASEMENT FOR UTILITIES HEREIN
SPECIFIED IN PLACE AU SOLEIL SUBDIVISION
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED
IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the said Plat of PLACE AU SOLEIL Subdivision
provides for an easement for utilities twelve (12) feet in width, lying
six (6) feet nth and south of the lot line between Lots 24 and 30, and
said easement. 'gas never been opened or used, because all utilities are
required to be uiderground, and it is not needed; that said properties
are further accessible to being serviced for utilities along the easement
provided on said Plat along the westerly boundaries of said Lots 24 and
30.
WHEREAS, LOUIS F. PREIDITSCH and ELEANOR M. PREIDITSCH,
his wife, are the owners in fee simple of Lots 24 and 30, of PLACE AU
SOLEIL a subdivision in the Town of Gulf Stream, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 27, page 69, of the Public Records of Palm
Beach County, Florida.

said corporations organized and existing under the laws of the State of
Florida, the subdividers of the aforesaid subdivision, and Florida Power
and Light Company have consented and agreed to the vacation and abandon-
ment of the easement between Lots 24 and 30 as described above.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COMMIS-

Charter fcr the Town of Gull' Stream, Florida, we hereby declare the
following easement for utilities in PLACE AU SOLEIL Subdivision, the
aforesaid Subdivision being recorded in Plat Book 27, page 69, of the
Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, to be vacated and
abandoned:
Easement for utilities twelve (12) feet in width, lying six (6)
feet north and south of the lot line between Lots 24 and 30,
PLACE AU SOLEII_ - Subdivision;
More particularly described as:
The South Six (6) feet of the East eighty eight (88) feet of
Lot 24, and the North six (6) feet of the East eighty eight
(88) feet of the West one hundred (100) feet of Lot 30,
PLACE AU SOLEIL Subdivision, according to the plat
thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court, Palm Beach County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED in Regular session this the 9th day
of March , A.D., 1973.
