Office of Special Council Committee
City of Richmond, Indiana,
Monday March 21st, 1932.

The Special Council Committee, acting Board of Public Works of
the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the off .ce
of said Board, Monday March 21st, 1932, at 9 o 'clock A. M.
Messrs, Orabb and Schnieder being present; Mr. Ford, absent , two
members of said Board being present, the following proceedings
were had, to-wit : .
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
A copy of order revoking the certificate of Public Convenience &
Necessity No. 1171-M. issued to Central Ohio, Inc. , of Xenia, 0.
was received from the Public Service Commission of Indiana, and
ordered placed on file.
The Board approved the contract & bond of the General Electric Cu . ,
in matter of purchase of 15,000 k.w. turbo-generator set and air
cooler.
Tile Board renewed Transformer contract for the year with the
Westinghouse Electric & Mfg. , Co. ,
Claims in amount of $21, 8 4-3. 64 were allowed, the various payroll-
of city were approved to March 16th, 1932.
The Board then adjourned,
