The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board, Monday February 15th, 1932, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the mem- bers of said Board, Messrs, Ford, Craob and Schnieder, being pres- ent, . the following proceedings were had, . to-,wit : The minutes of the wreceeding meeting were apbroved as read. • The. Board authorized the installation of an arc light on the New Paris Pike, west of North 19th Street. Street Commissioner, was instructed to cut and set back the curb at North 6th Street and Washington Avenue; also to try an eliminate the iron. culverts . The Street Commissioner was directed to clean the ditches along Parry Street, and place the street in a passable condition, from South .9th to 13th Street . William Johnson, was granted nermission to use the cities ground on what is known as Newmans Hill, for gardening purposes during the season of 1932, with the understanding that the weeds be kept cut and free from the premises. .
