The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said
Board, Friday February 12th, 1932, at 9 o 'clock A.M. All the member
of said Board, Messrs, Ford, Crabb and Schnieder being present . The
following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceedin' meeting were read and approved.
The Board received duplicate copy of Public Service Commission of'
Indiana, No. E-13, schedule of electric rates, rules and regulations
of the Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant of Richmond, India .a, 11
which was approved by said CoaaisSiOn in• Conference on February 6th
1932, in accordance with Order #1041--, approved November 20th, 1931 •
by said Public Service Commission of Indiana, effective on all bil-
ling on and after. March 1st, 1932, which was ordered placed on file.

Claims in amount of 1216. 24 were allowed.
