FridayFebruary 5th, 1°32-The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City .of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board
Friday February 5th, 1932 at 9 o 'clock A. M. Messrs, Ford and Schniel
der present ; Mr. Crabb, absent ; Two members of said Board being nres-

ent, the following proceedings were had, to-wit :
1 The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
