Monday January lath, 1932.
The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session in the offic„
of said Board, Monday January 18th, 1932 at 9 o 'clock A. U.
All the members of -said Board, Messrs, Ford, Crabb: and Schnied
er being present . The following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
The Street Commissioner was directed to repair Ratliff Street
north of Stevens' Street .
The Board received bids for 3/16 Battleship Linoleum, cemented
over 1* lb. felt -in rear room of Police Station as follows :
" Weiss Furniture Store, bid;
3/16 Armstrong 's Battleship Linoleum, Brown, . cemented over
12lb. felt, 20 Yards @ $2. 20-- 44.00
" Holthouse Home Furnishers, bid;
(Heavy) brown Battleship linoleum '449.440
3/16" (medium) brown Battleship linoleum 48. 80
" The Furniture Shop, bid; •

The bid of thp-,Weiss Furniture Store,- being the lowest and
best bid on 3/16 Armstrong ' s Battleship, the contract was so
awarded'.
Claims in amount of $10,945. 16 were allowed; the Board allowed
the various payrolls to January 16th, 1932.
