Monday December 7th, ' 1931.
The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, . met in regular session at the office of sai•
Board, Monday December 7th, 1931, at 9 o ' clock A.M. All the mem-
bers of said Board, Messrs, Ford, O-raob and Schnieder, being pres-
ent . The following proceedings were had, to-Wit :

The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
The .Clerk was directed to advertise for bids, ,for the furnishing

. all necessary materials in the construction ,o±', and installing
Overhead Door in the Police Garage, either manual or electrically
controlled.
The Board received a copy of order in Cause No. 10429 of the Pub-
lic Service Commission of Indiana, In the matter of the petition •
of Elmer W. Stout, Receiver of the Terre Haute, Indianapolis and
Eastern Traction Company,' for authority to abandon further oper-
ation of the Eastern Division of said Company, as. approved Novem-
ber 20th, 1931. , Which was ordered placed on file. . .
Claims in the amount of y 11, 172.79 were allowed.
