Friday November 20th, 1931.
The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said
Board, Friday November 20th, 1931, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the mem-
bers of said Board, Messrs, Ford, Crabb, and Schnieder being present
The following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read.
Request for arc light at Richmond Avenue and Sedgwick Street, ampax m
reported by councilman Frank Benn_, was received and taken under
advisement for investigation.
The Street Commissioner, was directed to take up the brick sidewalk
on North 8th Street at Morton High School, and construct a cement
sidewalk at said place, the cost of which is to be paid by the
School City of Richmond, Indiana.
The Board agree that if W. Magaw contractor under Improvement Reso-
lution No. 918-1931, for the improvement of South 16th Street, from
South "E" Street to South "H" Street, files a maintenance bond for
CD - a period of three years on said improvement, that the 50 of said
improvement heretofore retained for one year, will be paid to said
contractor upon his filing of said maintenance bond.
The Board decide as there is nothing further before them at this
meeting, to make a trip of inspections over the city to various
places where repairs are being made.
The Board then adjourned
