Ri.chmond, • Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board on Friday October 23rd, 1931, at 9 o 'clock A. M. Messrs, Ford and Schnieder, present Mr. Crabb absent ; Two members of said Board being present. The following proceedings were had, to-wit : The minutes of the preceedingmeeting were approved as read. Permission was granted J . M. Brunt , to cut the curb at 345 College Avenue, for driveway. Mrs. Martha Null appeared before the Board, claiming the city had damaged a shade tree in front. of her property at #121 South 3rd Street, which was taken under advisement for investigation. Complaints from Council referred to the Board were received as fol- lows, viz: • Mr. Benn, requested an arc light at West Main & 16th Streets; also stop & go sign at West 5th & Main Street. . CD Mr. Sheffer, complained of Green Street in front of bottling works; also, to condition of G.R.& I. R.R. Crossing in School Street. Mr. Walterrnann, requested a stop & go sign at South 5th & "A" Sts. , Removal of billboard. at South 5th & "H" Streets; 24" tile catch basin at South 5th & "E" Streets; set back curb at South 6th & "E" Streets place 7" stone in South 6th Street instead of 3" this is demanded. So much of the above complaints referr ing to streets were referred to Street Department ; stop & go signs to Department of Safety; catch basin and 6th Street to City Civil Engineer, for investigation and report ; . Railroad crossing clerk directed to notify railroad company.
