A body of representative citizens appeared before the Board in an
effort to have the city grade Whitewater Boulevard, from National Rd.
to the new bridge. The visitors informed the Board that unless work.
was started this fall on this street, there would be no suitable out-
let or approach to the west end of the bridge at the time of its con-
pletion in the spring. The visitors were informed by the Board that ,
the part of street, from Southwest "E" to "G" Street is outside the
city limits, and requested that they take this matter up with the
County Commissioners, and have them to open and grade that part out-
side the city, and the visitors were told by the Board, that if the
County will co-operate with the city, the city will commence work on
grading that part of the street within the corporate limits.
