AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS TO THE
VILLAGE OF IONA; DESCRIBING SAID LANDS AND
DECLARING SAME A PART OF THE VILLAGE OF IONA, IDAHO
WHEREAS, the land hereinafter described is contiguous and adjacent to
the Village of Iona and is subject to annexation to the Village of Iona under and
pursuant to the provisions of Section 50-303 Idaho Code; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the Chairman of the Board and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Iona, that said land should be annexed to, and become a
part of the Village of Iona;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Chairman of the Board and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Iona, as follows:
Section 1: That the following described land situate in Bonneville
County, Idaho, to -wit:
Beginning at the East Quarter Corner of Section One (1),
Township Two (2) North, Range Thirty-eight (38), East of
the Boise Meridian; running thence North 2629.0 feet, thence
S 89° 11' West 492.0 feet; thence S 0° 01' 50" East
2644.81 feet, thence N 87° 20' 10" East 491.07 feet to
the point of beginning containing 29.75 acres more or less;
shall be, and the same hereby is, annexed to the Village of Iona, and shall be,
and hereby is declared to be, a part of the Village of Iona, State of Idaho.
That the property heretofore described shall be hereafter referred to as
Meadowbrook Acres, Division No. One (1), to the Village of Iona, Bonneville
County, Idaho.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval, due publication and filing of a certified copy
thereof with the County Recorder of Bonneville County, Idaho, as provided by

certify: that the above and foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of an
Ordinance Entitled:
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS TO THE
VILLAGE OF IONA; DESCRIBING SAID LANDS AND
DECLARING SAME A PART OF THE VILLAGE OF IONA, IDAHO,
passed by the Board of Trustees and approved by the Chairman of the Board of
