The Special Council Committee.,Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Boar
Friday August 141-th, 1931, at 9 o 'clock A.M. All the members of said
Board, Messrs, Ford, Crabb and Schnieder being present. The follow-
ing proceedings were had, to-wit :
• The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read.
Permission was granted H. J . Grim to cut the curb at 21 North 7th
Street, for driveway.
The Board authorized Mr. Hess, Sup 't . , of City Light Plant , to con-
tract for coal for said plant as. follows, vis:
One car a day, from Raymond City Coal Co. , ® . 500 ton f.o.b. mines
_ One car a day, from Kearns Coal Co. , @ . 600 " " 11
- One car a day, from Old Ben Coal Co. , @ . 700 11 ° '1
For the period of one month from August 20th, 1931.
The Clerk was directed to advertise for a used 1 or 12 ton truck
chassis, with or without cab.
