The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the offi c.e of said Boar Monday July, Jth, 1931, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All the 'members of said Board, Messrs, Ford 01 and Schnieder, being present. The following pl'0- ceedings were had, to-wit : - - The minutes of the or eceeding meeting were read and approved. The City Civil Engineer S. W. .Hodgin, submitted a preliminary report on the sewage treatment project and intercepting sewer system neces- sary to stop the pollution of the Wnitewater River, together with his recommendations, which were referred to the common council. • City Civil Engineer Hodgin, made a verbal report of progress made in matter of complaint of Mr. Loos, as to the septic tanks east of South 25 rd Street treet south of Main Street, he was authorized to o take up the matter with the various property owners using the same, to make the necessary repairs needed.
