of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of sai '
Board, Friday July 3rd, 1931, at 9 o r clock A. ii. All the members
of said Board, Messrs, Ford and Schnieder being present . The fol-
lowing proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved,
The Board sign agreement whereby, the City of Richmond, Indiana,
rents to Joseph H. Hill Co. , the west side of the dwelling houseI/
and. the west side of the garage used .in connection therewith, and
the land on which the green houses are now standing, and such
ground .._n,eaiately adjacent thereto as shall be necessary to use. .
the sale, together with the use of the right of way over said land
to said green houses, at a monthly. rental of ti 80.00 -oer•• month be-
ginning the first day of November, 1931 to the first day of July
1932. (See contract )
Complaint was received from west side property owners, of a sign
board being. placed on City property at Lop of hill and Kinsey St.
known as Front Street, stating that said sign is unsightly to the
property on Kinsey Street, and is illegally erected as this is a
city street and has never- been vacated. The complaint was referred
to Sup 't . , B. C. Hess, Ior investigation and report, as the sign
is being erected by the Light Plant .
The Board approved the various city Payrolls to July 1st, 1931.
