Monday June 22nd, 1931.
• • The Special Council Committee, Board of Puolic Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board
Monday June 22nd, 1931, at 9 o 'clock All the members of said
Board, iessrs, Holzapfel, Ford and Schnieder being present . The fol-
• lowing proceedings were had, to-Wit :
The minutes of the precceding meeting were read and apuroved..
Upon the recommendation of Mr. D. C. Hess Sun ' t . , of Light Plant , the
Board make a tentative award of contract for two Ventura. Stacks for
1000 H.P. Boilers complete, to I . C. DeHaven Co. , of Indianapolis,
for "Pratt-Daniel Corp. , °'tacks u49767. 72, as per bid of February
lath, 1931.
L. C.Hess, Sup 't . , of Light Plant, was authorized to co-operate and
assist in an extensive advertising campaign, with merchants of the
City in advertising Refrigeration and other electrical commodities
for the promotion of sales of refrigerators etc . , on a fifty-fifty
oasis of the cost of such advertising .
