APPROVED ACCRUED TIME COMPENSATION
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret presently compensates its employees; pursuant to
the provisions of collective bargaining agreements, for unused sick time in order to
provide for increased productivity, efficiency and ultimate long teen savings for the
borough; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret as follow;
1. That the 2017 Accrued Time Compensation currently in place for employees
is henceforth approved for 2017 as follows:
Union Member Employees
Up to (8) sick days
Non- Union/Management Employees
Up to (8) sick days
Up to (10) vacation days
Adopted this 20"' day of November, 2017
And certified as a true copy of the
