The Special Council CoLaiiittee, Board of Public Works of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board

lowing proceedings were had, to-wit :
The Minutes of the preceeaing here approved as read.
The Clerk was directed to notify the various coal dealers, to submit
olds for delivery oI coal to City Building, Parks etc . , for the year
1)31.
The Sun '.t , of Light Plan ;, was authorized to contract for coal for
use of l

Logan Cr Kanawha Coal Co . , tLo (2) cars per day G ber ton. rocs.
