AN ORDINANCE ":VACATING AN ALLEY WITHIN THE CITY OF IONA IDAHO:
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBING THE S_AIM, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING TEE 'MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK CV BEHALF OF SAID CITY TC EXECUTE AND DELIVER A
QUITCLAIM DEED CONVEYING TITLE TO SA= PROPKRTY TO THE O?NETtS CF THE
ABUTTING LANDS: PROVIDING WHIN THE ORDINANCE SHALL BECCME _deFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IONA, IDAHO:
Section ;I,. The following described alley is not used or needed for
public pnmposes. and therefore, pursuant to the provisions of Section 50-311
Idaho Code, the same is hereby vacated and discontinued.

The entire alley lying between Lots 1 and 2, and Lots 7 and $ Block 7
within the City of Iona, Bonneville County, Idaho per the
recorded plat there:;
and
Section 2. The mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized 414 directed
to execute and deliver a Quitclaim deed conveying title to said vacated alley
to the owners of the abutting lands namely the City of Iona, Idaho..
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and due publication.
