Friday June 5th, 1931.
The Special Council Committee, Boars. of Works of the City of Richmone ,
Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said Board, Friday
June 5th, '1931, at 9 o ' clock- A. M. Messrs, Ford and Schnieder being
present; isir. Holzapfel, absent ; two members of said Board being

present, the following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read.
Request of Councilman Sheffer, for light at Boyer Street & Williams-
{:.urgh Pike, was received and taken under advisement .
Notice was received from Public Service Commission of Indiana, that
they had set June lath at 10 o 'clock A.M. at Council Chamber this

City, as the date, time and. _place of hearing in fatter of Atlas Un-
derwear Co. , et-al. VS. City of Richmond Indiana, and ai. L. & P.P. .
of Richmond, for reduction of electric rates.
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution No. 9l --1_931
for installation of One Light Post on west side of South llth Street
��„ between South ''A" Street & Park Place, and direct the City Li ;_rlt
C7:, Plant to erect and install said light , the cost of the post to oe
POZ assessed on property abutting on both sides of said llth Street be-
` tween the points named.

Indiana,met in regular session at the office of said Board, Monday
June Sth, 1931, at 9 o ' clock A.M. Messrs, lord & Schnieder present ;
absent , nr.Holzapfel; two ulemoers of Board being present . The follow-
ing proceedings were had, to-wit : •
The minutes of the 'preceeding meeting were read & approved.
A petition signed by Henry Blosieyer et-al; for water ..gain and- fire
' hydrant in South 'O Street, from 9th Street was received, and refer-
- ed to Richmond ;'ie.ter Works Corporation, for investigation & report.
The City Civil Engineer reported the completion of contract under Im--
provement Resolution No. 917-1931, for cement roadway in alley 'between
- South 10th & llth Street, from Park Place to South n " Street. The
same was a.c epted and assessment roll ordered prepared.
Claims in amount of y'p18E3.07 were allowed.
