RESOLUTION 7-2022
SRF LOAN PROGRAM
PER ACCEPTANCE RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The Richmond Sanitary District of the City of Richmond, Indiana has caused a
Preliminary Engineering Report ("PER") for the Short Creek Interceptor Basin
Improvements Project, dated March 2022,to be prepared by the consulting firm of
Commonwealth Engineers,Inc.; and
WHEREAS, Said PER has been presented to the public at a public hearing held on December
13, 2022 at 10:00 AM for public comment; and
WHEREAS, The City of Richmond Sanitary District Board of Commissioners finds that there
was no objection to the recommended project in the PER.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1. The PER dated March 2022 be approved and adopted by the City of Richmond Sanitary
District Board; and
2. Said PER shall be submitted to the State Revolving Fund Loan Program for review and
approval.
Adopted and Passed by the Richmond Sanitary District Board of Commissioners of Richmond,
Indiana this 13th day of December of 2022.
