The Special Council Com::iittee,. Board of Puolic Works, of the
City of Richmond, Indiana., met in regular session at the office
,of said •Committee, on Monda,y May ,loth, 1931, at 9 o 'clock A.Lvi.
All the members of said Committee, Messrs, Holzapfel, Ford and
Schnieder being present, the following proceedings were had
to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read.

The Committee met to take actin on purchase of truck for the
Street Department , under bids heretofore received on May oth
1931, after some discussion on this .matter, it was decided as
there was not enough money appropriated for the purchase two
trucks, the Committee award the contract for furnishing one •
lz ton International Model B-c truck fully equiped and equipped
with 4 cu.yard steel dump body and G-1 Woods underuody hoist
delivered complete with enclosed cab, rear view 'mirror and
windshield wiper at the price named in bid therefore submitted
by the International Harvester Co . , of America. i. e. complete
41118.00 less allowance for Ford truck 0_50.00, net-406d.00.
The City Civil Engineer, was authorized to purchase a blue-
• printing machine, part of purchase price to be paid 'out of
• funds of the _City Plan Com.ilission as agreed by them.

In the matter of arc light in Southwest 13th Street, action
in the matter was deferred until further P investigation.

The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office of said
•0o::i. ittee, Friday Di.ay 15th, 1931, at 9 o ' clock A. .;i. Messrs, Ford
and Schnieder present ; holzapfel absent ; Two .:ie:i1oers of said Com-
mittee being present, the following proceedings were had, to-wit :
I/ The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and api.:roved.
Permission on was granted the hcClelland Casket Hardware Co . , to cut
the curb for driveway at Richmond Avenue and Northwest 7th Street.
Pursuant to continuance to this date on taking action on bids here-
tofore received for automobile trucks for street depa.rt,ent, the
two members present not being able to decide the question, action
was deferred until Monday uia.y 15th, 1931, when it is hoped a full
membership of the Committee will be present .
The matter of arc light in Southest 13th Street, between :Jain &
