SUBJECT: PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS — MEETING OF
APRIL 10, 2013
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Public Safety Commission actions
from their April 10, 2013 meeting.
BACKGROUND:
On April 10, 2013, the Public Safety Commission held their regularly scheduled
meeting.
ANALYSIS:
Following is a summary of actions taken at the April 10, 2013 Public Safety Commission
meeting:
1. ROLL CALL:
Present: Commissioner — Clift, Haddad, Redmond, Chairman Nimri
Absent: Commissioner — None
Excused: Commissioner —Vice Chairman Stratis

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Public Safety Commission approved the minutes of their March 27, 2013
meeting.
3. PARKING CITATION HEARINGS
The Public Safety Commission held four hearings in person, and upheld three
citations and dismissed one citation.
The Public Safety Commission reviewed three hearings requested by written
declaration, and upheld three citations.
CONCLUSION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file this report.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This item does not have a fiscal impact on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2012-13 City Budget.
