Monday May 11th, 1931.
The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office Of
said Committee, Monday May l!th, 1931, at 9 o ' clock A. M. Messrs, •
Ford & Schnieder present ; absent , Mr. Holzapfel. Two members of
said Board being present . The following proceedings were had
as follows, to=wit
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
11/The City Attorney was authorized to have brief of proceedings
had before the Public Service Commission of Indiana, in the hear-
ing of Standby electric service , printed the sa:ile to 'be paid for
out of the .E, L. & P.P . funds.
The Bo:nmittee postpone action on bids received for trucks and
dimnp body for Street Depart_^ient, to Friday May 15th, 1931.

The Clerk was directed to advertise for bids to be received on
Friday May 29th, 1931 at 10 o ' clock A.M. for furnishing and
installing twenty pair of steel truss rods and columns, to re-
inforce the metal work and stiffen four diagonals on the Doran
Bridge, under the plans and specifications prepared by the City
Civil Engineer.
Claims in amount of 929.22 were allowed.
