Richard Hendrickson, being duly sworn on an oath,
states or affirms that he is the Chief Financial Officer
of the newspaper(s) known as

and has full knowledge of the facts which are stated
below.
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the re-
quirements constituting qualification as a qualified
newspaper as provided by Minn. Stat. § 331A.02,
§ 331 A.07, and other applicable laws as amended.
(B) The printed public notice that is attached was pub-
lished in the newspaper once each week for
one successive week(s); it was first published

2008, and was thereafter printed and published on

ORDINANCE NO.439
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR CITY CLEAN-UP DAY
The city council of the city of Medina ordains as follows:
Section 1.The schedule of fees for collecting the following items and materials and
acluisition of trees from the Annual City Clean-up Day shall be:
Accepted Items:
• Brush .No Charge
• Leaves No Charge
• Scrap iron No Charge
• Batteries No Charge
• Anti -freeze No Charge
• Air Conditioners $20 each
• Dehumidifiers $20 each
• Appliances $10 each
• Televisions/computers $3-6
• Tires — cars $3 each
• Tires — truck — off rim $7.70
• Tires — truck — rim $10
• Tires — tractor $15 minimum
• Dumping (i.e. carpet, furniture/building materials) $10 small load
• Dumping — full tied down pick-up truck Up to $30 large load
Purchase of Trees:
• Sugar Maple $20
• Autumn Blaze Maple $20
• Hack Berry $20
• Linden $20
Section 2. The sale of 55 gallon rain barrels for $50 a rain barrel to Medina resi-
de -as and $60 to non -Medina residents.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publica-
tion.
Adopted by the city council of the city of Medina this 15th day of April, 2008.
