The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the Mayors Office of said City, Monday .March 30th, 1931, at 9 o ' clock A.M. All the members .of said Committee, Messrs, Ford and Schnieder, being pres- eh_t. The following proceedings were had, to-wit : The minutes of the preceeding meeting were approved as read. The Committee received bids for furnishing linoleum, laying and cementing the same in the Clerks Office; Engineers private office; Council Chamber and halls on the second floor of the City Build- ing as follows, to-wit : _ " Holthouse Furniture - Store, bid: Battleship, lino. heavy ( 6MM) brown or terra cotta for 007. 25 • u 11 ( 6MM) green, dark gray or black 761. 75 med�.um (3/16" ) brown or ter, cotta 625.17 „ u " green, dark gray or black 677. 50 " Weiss Furniture Store, bid; . 4rmstrongs Battleship 3/16" gauge plain Brown, Accolac finish cemented over 127r deadening felt, Clerks Office -471.87. The Committee received bids on Wiring and Lighting on second floor of the City Building, under the plans and specifications prepared by the Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant , as follows, to-wit : " George H.
