AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR CITY CLEAN-UP DAY
The city council of the city of Medina ordains as follows:
Section 1. The schedule of fees for collecting the following items and materials
and acquisition of trees from the Annual City Clean-up Day shall be:
Accepted Items:
• Brush
• Leaves
• Scrap iron
• Batteries
• Anti -freeze
• Air Conditioners
• Dehumidifiers
• Appliances
• Televisions/computers
• Tires — cars $3 each
• Tires — truck — off rim $7.70
• Tires — truck — rim $10
• Tires — tractor $15 minimum
• Dumping (i.e. carpet, furniture/building materials) $10 small load
• Dumping — full tied down pick-up truck Up to $30 large load

Purchase of Trees:
• Sugar Maple $20
• Autumn Blaze Maple $20
• Hack Berry $20
• Linden $20
Section 2. The sale of 55 gallon rain barrels for $50 a rain barrel to Medina residents and $60 to
non -Medina residents.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the city council of the city of Medina this 15th day of April, 2008.
