The internal affairs investigative reports’ verifications pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.533(1)(a) should be on a single piece of paper that is the very last page of every Internal Affairs investigative report that’s been done with regard to a complaint against a sworn law enforcement officer and/or certified corrections officer. Someone in professional standards or an internal affairs unit would be familiar with that page and be able to assist in locating one. A template of the page is fine if there is any concern about officers names or personal being on it. information Thank you for your assistance on this.
