Monday February 2nd, 1931.

The Special Council Committee,. Board of Public Works of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at their
office Monday February 2nd, 1931, at 9 o 'clock A. M. All
the members of said Committee, Messrs, Fahlting, Ford and
Schnieder being present. The following proceedingb were
had, to-wit :

The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
A petition signed by E. A. Mariani was received, praying for
the vacation of 1st alley north of National Road, from S.W.
13th to 14th Street and the alley running north & south be-
tween S. W. 13th & 14th Street, from 1st alley north of Nat-
ional Road to 2nd alley north of National Road, same was
refered to City Engineer and Plan Commission for investi-
gation and report.
Sup 't. , of Light Plant was directed to place additional arc
light in the Fulghum Addition.
- The Clerk was directed to prepare resolution requesting the
Judge of Wayne Circuit Court of Wayne County, Indiana, to
appoint three appraisers, to appraise One 750 H.P. Stirling
Boiler now in use at Light Plant , with a view of making
sale thereof, and present the same to the Common Council
• for action thereon.
A communication was received from the Indiana State- Board
of Health, approving the plans and specifications for the
South "B" Street Relief Sewer, insofar as the sanitary
features are concerned, communication placed on file.
The Committee approved the various city payrolls unto
Vah- uary 1st, 1931. . .
