Monday January 5th, 1931.
The Special Council Committee, Board of Puolic Works of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at the office
of said Committee, Monday January 5th, 1931, at 9 o ' clock A.M.
All the members of said Committee, Messrs, Fahlsing, Ford and
Schnieder being present . The following proceedings were had
as follows, to-wit :
The minutes Of the preceeding meeting were approved as corrected.
. Permission was granted E. A. . Mar iani Co. , inc . to place tar 8, I/
asphalt tanks in rear of his proerty Lots No. 5-4 8, 5 in
S. R. Wiggins, Addition abutting South 2nd Street.
The clerk was directed to prepare appropriation ordinance in
sum of 425, 700.00 to account of cooling tower Light Plant .
City Civil Enineer, submitted his annual report for 1930,
which was ordered placed on file.
The Secy. , of Board of Puolic Health suomitted the annual
report of Health Department for 1930, .which was ordered read
to council and placed on file.
Claims in amount of 0_7 8.1 -- were allowed.
