Monday December 15th, 1930.
The Special Council Committee, Board of Public Works, of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session at their office, on
Monday December 15th, 1J30, at 9 o ° clock A.M. All the members of
said committee, Messrs, Fahlsingi Ford and Schnieder being present .
The following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes or the proceeding meeting were read and approved.
.I/ ' A communication from Mr. H. C.Hunt , secy. , of Richmond iyiannfacturers
Association, requesting a meeting with the special council committee
and a special committee appointed by the association, concerning a
matter of vital importance was received, and the clerk directed to
notify Mr. Hunt , that the Special Council Committee, would gladly
meet their committee Thursday December l8th, 1930, at 7 30 P . M. at
Board of Public Works office.
cA coLri unication was received from W.G,Bate, Sup 't . , of Public Schools
notifying the com_aittee, they were making an investigation Ior better
lighting at the entrance - to Hibberd School, placed on file.
Claims in amount of 42146.98 were allowed. -
The matter of need of afi arc light in National Road east, was referec
to Sup 't. ,- of Light Plant for investigation and report. -
The Special Council Committee
