COMMISSION CHAMBERS OF THE TOWN HALL, 100 SEA ROAD, GULF STREAM, FLORIDA. I. PRESENT AND PARTICIPATING Gregory Dunham, Town Manager Rita Taylor, Town Clerk Edward Nazzaro, Assistant Town Attorney Rene6 Basel, Assistant Town Clerk Jake Wattelwolth, DBF Construction, LLC Juan Perz, GT General Contractors, LLC II. OPENING REMARKS Town Clerk Taylor stated the bids would be evaluated by the Town Staff and their engineer firm on April 3, 2020 with a recommendation being made to the Town Commission at the April 9, 2020 Town Commission Regular Meeting. III. BID OPENING Town Clerk Taylor announced that three bids had been received and no more would be accepted. The first bid received was received at 1:40 PM on 3/18/2020 from DBF Construction, LLC in the amount of $1,571,120 for Al Phase 2, $441,100 for Little Club Road and $384,705 for Sea and County Roads. The second bid was received at 1:59 PM on 3/18/2020 from GT General Contractors in the amount of $1,393,740 for Al Phase 2, $263,900 for Little Club Road and $315,240 for Sea and County Roads. The third bid was received on-line at 1:50 PM from Foster Marine Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $1,255,108 for Al Phase 2, $286,560 for Little Club Road and $406,880 for Sea and County Roads. IV. BID OPENING COMPLETED Town Manager Dunham closed the proceedings at 2:13 PM.
