The Special Committee of Council ac'Ling as Board;of Public
Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana:, met at its Office
Monday October 27th-1930- at 9 oclock A.I . Louis E.Fahlsing,Pres.
Albert J-.Ford and Wm H.Schneider all members present the following
proceedings were had to-wit:
The minutes of the proceeding meeting approved as read.-
Special Committee of Council authorized the Supt. of Parks to

order Motor Mo*rers for Park use.
Charles A. Tangerman,Mgr. Richmond Plumbing Store presented
an agreement as to cost of work to be done as requested by the.
Committee as follows:
To :furnish'.& Water. Closet Tanks Mfg
by the Standard Mfg CO.... two special fittings•. to connect present
bouls for $35.00
Also- agree .to take syphon pump and' connect same to cistern
at Pest House, repair water, pump. and suction pipe extended
to bottom of :.same for, ----$ 3.50
Also to furnish and install. in Davis Park Drinking Fountain
-after digging is done by the Street Department One Pressure
Valve to regulate water pressure toc_ keep same from bursting._.
for the sum of $17.50
Committee ordered work done in -up stair toilet and .
at the Pest House. The Drinking Fountain at Davis Park
was not ordered atthis time. .
City Engineer was 'ordered t.o prepare plans and specifications•
for.:the Re-Flooring of . the Doran Bridge.
Petitions -of-E.A.Maraini- & others laid over from last. meeting
- for the Vacation '&•Opening of alleys on South 2nd street,:
S.R.Wiggins, Add were referred to the City Engineer and Plan
Commission,and if .found agreeable to prepare plans .& resolution
for Vacation & Opening of said alleys.
Bill- of Ora Wilson, `Milk Inspector for expense while at
Cleveland Convention.was -allowed -and ordered paid amount of
said bill $34.46
Permission was granted Earnest F.Swartzel to cut the curb
in front of Lot No 2, Revena Park Addition on the National
Ra. d east. .
