The Boara of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, :net
in regular session at the office of said Board Monday September
l3th, 1930, at 9 o l clod A.M. All the rilemoers of said Board,
Messrs, Edmondson, Peelle and Dye oeing' present . The following
proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were a,p.•roved as read.
Street Commissioner was directed to repair South " A" Street from
South 22n6 to 2;ic. Street & oil tat same.
The City purchase a part of Lot 196 Morton Lake & P e.rk Addition,
at price of ti 1u0.00, for widening corner at North 2i-th Street &
the New Paris Pike.
Mr. LD. C.Hess Suplt . , of Light• Plant together with miss Moore, were
authorized to attend the Electrical Convention to be held at
French Lick, September 2 rd, 1930.
The Board o.irect, the Finance Department to pay to W.L.Magaw, con-
tractor under improvements named the J10 reserves retained, viz;
Improvement Resolution Nb. 876-1925, amount due--;y -1lo''.00

For Park Payroll out of General Funds of City 4 1, 500. 00
