The Board of Puolic Works uf the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session at the office of said- Board Monday
August 2th, 1930, at 9 o 'clock A. M.. All the members of said
Board, Messrs, Edmondson, Peelle and Dye being cresent . The
following proceedings were had, to-wit :
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were aporoved as read.
A com::unioation together with a tentative agreement between
the C. & 0, Ry. Co. , and City of. Richmond, :t. E.L. & P.P. in I/:
matter of North 2nd Street, was received and referred to the
City Attorney for investigation,
There acing no ousiness before the Board, they decided to •
investigate the condition of Parry street, as to the advis-
aoility of vacating 20 feet off of the north side of street
as provided in resolution heretofore adopted therefore. .
Claims in amount of -D1.�1 were allowed. -
