The Board of Puulic Works of the City of Richona, Indiana, :met
in regular session at the office of said Board Friday August 221d.
1950, at 9 o ' clock A.iV .. All the members of said Board, -Liessrs,
Edmondson, Peelle and 1.)ye being present . The following proceed-
ings were had, to-wit :
. The minutes of the proceeding meeting were read and approved.
Recommendations from Councilmen Benn and fahlsing, that arc lights
be installed at .Uodge & SW. ist Street and. Northwest ath Street
' between Pearl Street and Peacock Road, and one in Bridge Avenue
between Grant Street and the Bridge, were received and referred
to Suplt . , of Light Plant for investigation and report ; complaint
of piir. Bena as to bad curb & gutters in Southwest l'A" Street was
referred to Street Commissioner as oas also a complaint from
Councilman Crabb, as to the gravel walks in North 13th Street park,
Street Co.aissioner directed to remove gravel.
Permission was granted Ray Campbell, to cut the curb for drive-
way at j5 South 6th Street .
Claims in amount of 0.4, 977. 26 were allowed.
iiiss Esther G. White, appeared before the Board complaining of
waste paper strewn over the streets and alleys. '
