Monday May 5th,1930.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session at the office of said Board, Monday May 5th,
1930, at 9 o 'clock A. M. Messrs, Edmondson and Dye:.being present,
Mr. Peelle being absent. Two members of Said Board being present.
The following proceedings were had, to—wit :
The Minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.

The Board approved a final assessment roll, under Improvement Reso-
- lution N . 907-1930, for the construction' of Storm Sewer in South
8th Sik
st, from "0" to "P" Street; thence to Sou* 7th Street.

,. The swas directed transmitted to the Department of Finance.
11 The Clerk was directed to notify, the former Mayor, Board of Public
Works, Fire Chief, City Attorney,S.up:',t. , of Light Plant and Sup 't. ,
of C. & 0. Railway Co. , to. meet with the Board, in matter of 0. &
0. Railway Company, practically closing North 2nd Street, between
North "A" & "C" Streets, on May loth, 1930.
-Messrs, Schneider and Hodgin, Street Commissioner and City Engineer
were directed to inspect repairs made in streets, by W. L. Magaw
along the street car vtracks and report back to the Board.
' Claims in amount of 013, 654.86 were allowed.
